Organise content around what visitors need.

Set the priority

Before designing the first page, I identify the main action: discover a brand, explore work, request a quote or register. The structure should make that path understandable without making people guess the next step.

Show the essentials

Specific headings, relevant images and clear buttons help organise the experience. I like to provide an overview on the home page and explore each subject on its own page. Visitors can choose the level of detail they need.

Think about mobile too

A layout should adapt to the screen and remain readable. Photos need framing, forms need space and animation needs control. Review includes loading, error and confirmation states, because they are all part of the experience.
